Terms of delivery

The parcels will be only delivered in United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, to the personal address provided by the Customer upon its registration or when placing an order. For delivery to another address , the delivery address fields must be filled.

Deliveries are made via carrier with following conditions :

For United Kingdom :

• Charged at £3.00 all taxes included

• Free of charge for orders of £ 25.00 or more (excluding shipping costs)

• Delivery average period : 7-10 working days (for available items), after order preparation and from the shipment date.

For Republic of Ireland :

• Charged at € 5.00 all taxes included

• Free of charge for orders of € 30.00 or more (excluding shipping costs)

• Delivery average period : 7-10 working days (for available items), after order preparation and from the shipment date.

 

If the Customer is absent, the carrier will leave a non-delivery card indicating where and when the parcel may be collected.

In all instances, it is essential that you check the condition of the parcel as well as its contents. If the condition and/or contents of the parcel are defective, the Customer should refuse the delivery and make the following statement on the receipt “Rejected for bad condition”, sign it and add the date of receipt of the parcel. At the same time, the Customer Relations department should be contacted by telephone on the following number:

If your goods are found to be defective after the delivery date, you must notify Customer Relations within 3 working days of receipt (Helplines as above).

Any replacement parcel will be delivered within a maximum period of 7 working days from the date on which the Customer rejected the first delivery.
