Jazz Frappé Coffee

  • 2x50 ml espresso
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 2 tsp light brown sugar


  • Prepare the espresso.
  • Pour them into a shaker (or blender), add the light brown sugar and the ice cubes and shake (or blend) for around 20 seconds.
  • Pour into a large glass and serve immediately.


For an extra kick add a teaspoon of coffee liqueur.
